Scientist looking for a double room

Hi, I'm a scientist at a biotech start-up near Regent's Park. I recently moved to London and previously I was a researcher at the University of Cambridge. I'm looking for a bright double room with the following essentials-

a decent-sized desk or space for one
with max 2 others
with a living room
within 30 min commute to Regents Park or Euston
ideal move-in date is around first week of Oct

A bit about me: I enjoy outdoor sports, especially road cycling (therefore require safe storage for my bike) and tennis, as well as painting, photography, and reading. I'm a clean and considerate housemate who would happily follow a cleaning rota. I don’t smoke and don’t have any pets.

As a housemate, I enjoy socializing over communal cooking (I have been that I am good at both cooking, sharing and appreciating) or a drink now and then, but I also appreciate quiet time when work gets busy. I’m looking for a home with a good balance of social and independent living.
