Software Engineer looking for a new place :)

I've lived in London for 2 years now after moving here from Liverpool for work! I'm a software engineer in the virtual production / metaverse sector. I have a pretty space-consuming setup, so room size is key for me.

Hobby wise, I play a lot of board games and video games, currently playing lots of Chess. When I was younger I used to race go-karts, so naturally a big F1 fan. I'm a keen DJ and head to Pirate Studios with my friends pretty frequently to mix mostly electronic music (techno, dnb, house) - join us if you want to! I enjoy heading to raves / festivals / clubs, but also pubs and it would be great to have some regular trips to the local together :)

I'm a hygienic person and I'm looking for people / a place of this kind! I am the type to take bins out when full, clean dishes whilst or after cooking, wipe up spills straight away, keep countertops clear from dishes, etc. and mop / hoover every so often in shared spaces. Saying that, shared space is there to be used, so if you want to crochet, paint or any other hobby you have in the living room, go for it!

For me, communication is key. If you have an issue with something related to me, I'd like you to bring it up in a mature fashion and I'd like you to be OK with me doing the same.

I'm down to do coordinated house parties together provided everyone wants in, but I wouldn't be impressed with an unannounced impromptu all-nighter on a random weekday.

I come with a few big things that I can either bring with me or sell. I have a 55" TV + stand, some old consoles (PS2, 360) and a car, as well as an air conditioner for those absurdly hot summer days.
