Max, 28 - Looking in Honor Oak/Dulwich/Syndenham/B

Hello!

I'm Max, I’m a professional Actor working in TV & Theatre. Between Acting jobs I work 4 - 5 days a week in Hospitality on The West End.

Having spent the past 6 years living in West London, I'm looking to move to the South-East of the city, with an emphasis on Dulwich, Honor Oak Park and Beckenham areas. I'm seeking a double room (max 950 with bills) with space to pop in a TV.

I'm LGBTQ+ friendly and consider myself good at adapting to other people's living preferences. Happy to have a chat, a laugh, dinner or a house trip to the pub together, but of course respect people's need for their own space, especially after a busy 9-5! I would prefer not to be in a party house since I've been there and done that, I'm officially on the wrong side of 20...

My hobbies include trying to adhere to a new gym routine, stupid amounts of theatre & film, screenwriting in Cafés, Comedy, traipsing around museums and the odd spot of gaming too. I spend my Sunday mornings at an Anglican Church and enjoy meeting up with friends dotted around London. I'm always eager to meet new people and broaden my horizons.

I'm a big animal lover so no trouble with pets, especially dogs! I would also like to be in a place that is kept clean and secure, as well as having access to parks.

Ideally looking at moving around July, but can be flexible. I am more than happy to disclose all necessary financial details to landlords privately.
