23 and 24 year old female professionals

I’m Lola and my friend Lexi and I are currently searching for a place together, and ideally want to find one or two girls to join us.

We’re mainly looking around:
• Tooting, Balham, and Clapham
• Somewhere near the Northern Line (best for our commutes)

We’ve already started doing some viewings, and our budget for rent is around £850 pcm each (although the cheaper the better!), but we’re definitely keen to find somewhere that feels like a nice home.

A bit about us:
• We’re 23 and 24, both working full time (Lexi in insurance and me in social research)
• We’ve been best friends since school
• We both work from home about 2 days a week

We like having our own space and routines, but we’d also love a house where we can hang out together too — things like cooking, film nights, pub trips, coffees, walks, and the occasional night out. We’re hoping to keep the house tidy and pretty relaxed during the week as well.
