Short term room for until I get a longer term let

Hiya!

I'm looking for a room to rent until a friend buys a house (at which point I will move in with him). Unfortunately can't be too specific about when this will happen because as we all know, moving house is an arduous process at the best of times.

I work as an engineer in Bolton but my social life is still primarily in North Wales which is where I'm from. Most weekends I go to my girlfriend's or my parents so you wouldn't see much of me except for Monday - Thursday night.

I start work pretty early so no need to worry about me being loud at night as I'm in bed by 9:30 most nights (and I'm also pretty quiet so don't worry about me waking you up leaving at 6am either).

I enjoy most outdoor pursuits, along with quizzes and going to gigs (any, I have a wide music taste, been to see everything from death metal to techno within the last 2 months)

I'm quite practical and love a good DIY project, so if there's anything you need doing while I'm living with you I'd be more than happy to help out.
