Place needed soon due to return to West Mids

I work in sport / education.

*****NOT INTERESTED in places with loads of rooms or 'landlords' who have thrown beds into the tiniest rooms going*****

Those come my way or I just get sent a link without any sort of hello then you are wasting your time...and more importantly mine.

This is how it is. I have played this game before.

No trouble, sensible, quiet and enjoy sports amongst other things.

Ideally, I want to find a place of my own, or something that is on it's own at least but that may have to wait.
