Setup: Must be entirely self-contained (own kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine).
Entrance: Preferably a private entrance.
Location: Flexible! Preferably within Zones 2-4, but I am not fussy about the specific area for the right property.
Laundry: Must have its own washing machine.
Budget: Up to £1,000 per month (inclusive of all bills).
Move-in Date: ASAP.
Why I am the Ideal Tenant:
Spotless References: My current landlady can attest to how impeccably I treat my living space.
Quiet & Respectful: No parties, no pets, and no smoking. I am a very low-impact tenant with a very quiet lifestyle.
