Looking for a room in houseshare or as a lodger

I am looking for a room in a houseshare or as a lodger in South London from Mid-late Aug (early sept at a push). Budget for room £750 max.

Ideal areas: Nunhead, New Cross, Peckham, Camberwell, Dulwich, Herne Hill, Brixton. (Would love to be very near a park)

I am currently on summer break but am studying an MA in Art Therapy part time, so will be studying, doing a placement and working part time.

I am a calm, relaxed, friendly and open minded person to live with :) Also tidy & respectful! Looking to live with other kind & friendly people who i can get to know a bit. In my spare time I enjoy nature, friends, family, music&art.
