Looking for a room in Brighton

Hello, I am arriving to Brighton on September for an MA and I am looking for a room to stay in.

I am looking for a single or double room, I don't mind if the bathroom is shared, but I am looking for a furnished flat that has common areas (living room, kitchen, etc...) I would prefer if the accommodation is at a walking distance from the city center, the lanes and/or the beach.

I am pretty chill and easygoing and love to have a chat with anyone, watch a movie, cook and basically do anything that has to do with art and creativity. I consider myself to be a good roommate, and love to share spaces with people who are clean, organized and open minded.
