Looking for a Christian flatshare in Eastbourne

I am looking for a large room which is in the meads area or near prince's park. I work in the hotel trade doing split shifts as a waiter 6 days a week.
I need somewhere where everyone is working during the daytime and not working from home.
I don't mind pets as long as they are quiet.
Definitely no smoking 🚭 no partying no drugs and no smelly foods.
I am looking to move out of my present place due to these reasons.
I can afford to pay 1 month up front but no deposit or holding fee.
I'm free for viewings during the times of 1pm-3pm everyday.
Prefer to share with Christian people.
