Ensuite room required

Hello,

I'm looking for an ensuite room (single or double), in a quiet location. Particularly one that doesn't overlook a busy road and is not close to a school. I would need to be able to fit my desk and chair in the room, as sometimes I work from home.

As a bit of background, I'm in the 2nd year of my PhD. I'm very quiet, clean and considerate and would appreciate living with others who are similar. Living with one other would be ideal for me, so very happy to buddy up with somebody. It would be nice to find/live with a person who is also willing to chip in with the chores and look after the place.

In my free time I like to be out in nature (hiking/walking etc), I also love dogs. I have a small car, so an off-road car parking space would be a bonus.
