28 yo New Zealander Engineer new to Sheffield

Hello, kia Ora, I've just moved to Sheffield to start a new job on Nov 4. I'm looking for a permanent place to live for the next 6 months to 2 years. I work as a test engineer at a computer networking start up located on Park Hill.
My renting history goes back 11 years both living by myself, with a partner and with flatmates. I'm looking for a room or a place within 30mins walk or cycle of Park Hill. I do enjoy having flatmates and being sociable with them.
Some things I bring to the table:
Easy to deal with bills/maintenance/admin wise
Usually always keen for a house mate pub mission
Somewhat average at some boardgames
Really into gigs, dnb, techno, metal are my faves. But I won't be blasting loud music in the house.
Good at baking a choco cake.
