Double Room required 42yr old working Professional

Hi, My Name is Ollie and I am 41, I am a full time worker, I am very interested in a quiet Double room preferably with ensuite, or private bathroom.

I am QUIET, polite, clean, hygienic and considerate and I am in between properties at the moment, so could do with a room for a few months until my wife gets here and we can sort out our own house.
I love dogs, and cats, and most animals (apart from snakes)
I do not party, I rarely drink, and I do not have friends who would come to the house.
I am usually up at about 6am and in bed by about 10.30/11pm and would prefer a quiet house, (Rock N Roll) not sure if any of this sounds good to you or not?
I am friendly, outgoing, and love being outside! I'm into longboarding and skating and watching movies, I like gaming, but I'm not great at it!
My working hours are approx 8am to 6pm so would be out the house most of the day mon-fri

The money isn't too much of an issue, it's more about the right place for me, so I am a bit flexible with rent. I do have a small car, so off road parking would be very handy!
