Quiet Tidy Dr seeks DOUBLE ideally with bathroom

I am a non smoking, tidy, organised young female medical doctor with reliable income in London looking for:
- single occupancy, 6 to 12 month lease
- asap move in date (had 2 places fall through due to landlord/advertiser)
-1 flat/house mate respectful of each others food choices, who doesn’t WFH full time, have pets or children
-in quiet 2 bed flat or house share
- 1 furnished DOUBLE room
- with a double bed (no sofa or ladder beds)
-wardrobe
-en suite or separate shower or bath room & toilet
-reasonable kitchen fridge & freezer space, as I love cooking & do advance meal preps

I don’t have pets, need parking, throw parties or play loud music etc.

I was born, studied & grew up in London. I owned my own property for 10 years but painfully had to move, due to EWS1 govt building regulation bureaucracies. Hence I would look after, maintain your own property, treat it with the respect, it rightly deserves & am used to promptly paying monthly mortgage & bills payments. I ask that as the landlord/advertiser you are fully honest with me/pls don’t indicate you want to rent a room if you know your friends/family want to move in or there are issues with renting it.

I enjoy cooking, indoor cycling, art, theatre, restaurants, and travel. I like my quiet time but am sociable too. So I would be happy going to a cafe, theatre, exercise or for meals with my flat /house mate. I am respectful of others & different cultures.
