I am a tidy, quiet, organised & extremely reliable person with a steady income source.

Solo young female doctor in London looking for:
-flat/house mate respectful of each others food choices & doesn’t WFH full time, have pets or children
-within 40 mins maximum, public transport commute of NW2
-1 FURNISHED double room
-in quiet flat or house share (2 bed)
- with a double bed (no sofa or ladder beds)
-wardrobe
-en suite or separate bathroom & toilet
-reasonable kitchen fridge & freezer space, as I love cooking & do advance meal preps
-6 to 12 month lease.

I don’t have pets, need parking, throw parties or play loud music etc.

I was born, studied & grew up in London. I owned my own property for 10 years but painfully had to move, due to EWS1 govt regulation bureaucracies, so would look after, maintain your own property, treat it with the respect it rightly deserves and am used to managing monthly housing payments and related direct debits. I enjoy cooking, indoor cycling, art, theatre, restaurants, and travel. .

I like my quiet time but am sociable too so would be up for watching tv, films, theatre, going for a coffee, meals or exercising with my flat or house mate. I am respectful of others & different cultures.
