Looking for a couple friendly accommodation

My partner and I, both working professionals, are currently seeking a comfortable and well-appointed double bedroom in a 2-3 BHK house or flat. I am employed as a Data Scientist with the University of Essex, primarily engaged in a project for a small business in Grays, Essex. While my work occasionally requires me to travel to Grays once a week, my partner serves as an NHS Professional at Colchester Hospital.

We are keen to find a living space that aligns with our preferences and requirements. Our ideal accommodation would boast a clean and tidy environment, ensuring a pleasant living experience for us both. In terms of amenities, we seek a place that is well-furnished and equipped with all basic necessities to facilitate a comfortable lifestyle.

Location-wise, proximity to a bus stop is crucial for our convenience. While it would be advantageous to find a place within walking distance from Colchester station, it is not an absolute necessity for us.

Moreover, we value compatibility with potential roommates. We hope to share our living space with individuals who also prioritize cleanliness and respect for shared spaces.
