Professional looking for a house share

Hi! I'm Oscar, I am Masters graduate in International Relations from the Univeristy of Leeds and I currently work part-time as a Research Assistant and as a Researcher in two jobs.

I am after a friendly, relaxed, clean, and tidy place to call home whilst I work. I am easygoing and enjoy music, I play music and it would be fun to live would with other musicians, but this is not a dealbreaker :) I like to spend my evenings running, climbing, or making a nice dinner and reading/relaxing to some TV or music. I would like to start gardening regularly so having a garden would be really nice. I also enjoy going to the pub with pals/housemates and the occasional night out - I'm a big fan of live gigs and electronic music so I'm often tempted out if there's something good on! My total budget (all bills inclusive) is around £650

Ideally, I'd be in a house with likeminded people to share hobbies and interests with, looking forward to hearing back :)
