Creative looking to rent double room long term!

Hey! I’m looking for an en-suite double room in a flatshare with 1 other person or 2 people only max, ideally available anytime from mid March. Also open to buddy up!

A bit about me:
I work in customer service in the Old Street/Shoreditch area and I’m also a cabaret singer and performer, alongside being a part time drama school student at Collective Acting Studio.
Translation: I sing a lot, rehearse at home, do selftapes and occasionally monologue at the wall but I try to be mindful and usually keep noise between 10AM-10PM.

Because of that, I’d love to live with someone who's also a creative, maybe in the industry or at least someone who genuinely appreciates music, theatre and the arts. If you’re a musical theatre fan, we’ll probably get on dangerously well! Ugh, just think of all the karaoke nights we could do together.

I’m very sociable: I love shared dinners, friends over (mine or yours), the occasional party, but I also respect personal space and downtime. Yknow balance is hot

Personal bits that matter:
- I’m gay, so feeling safe and comfortable at home is essential. LGBTQ+ people or allies are ideal
- I'm single, got no pets, no plants (they die under my care)
- Pls pls pls no drugs or heavy drinking (girlie got trauma). I'm looking for a chill and grounded home

Languages & interests:
I speak Italian and Spanish fluently (and English of course), plus some Portuguese. Outside of performing, I’m into reading aaany sorta book, yoga, breathwork and mindfulness so yea I can go from chaos to zen without any issue haha

What I’m looking for in a flatmate:
Someone clean and tidy (not militantly, just yk a functional adult), sociable, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely okay with living with a performer. Ideally someone who treats home as a safe space and not a stress factory
