Accessible Housing

Hello! I am looking for a room to rent in Surrey.
The rental period would be from June 2026 onward. I'm looking for a 1 year long term contract but am open to shorter letting periods. My ideal budget is £650-£850 pcm but can consider higher for studio spaces.

I'm a graduating uni student. I also work part-time in Farnham. Open to house shares and do well in shared environments. Clean and generally quiet. I am a fairly self-contained person and always working on something so I would likely be spending most of my time indoors on my laptop.

I have a physical disability in the form of mobility difficulty. Accessible spaces are very much preferred. Places with features like level access entryways, apartment buildings with elevators, etc. However, I am usually able to manage non-accessible spaces as well if need be.
