Hey!
Im looking for a friendly, clean and calm home from mid June as my current lease is ending.
I work full-time for a bank in central London (2 x days WFH), so I’m looking for a good-sized room with space for a desk and plenty of storage. Ideally, I’d love somewhere in Zones 1–2, within a 10-minute walk of the Tube. Clapham, Brixton, Stockwell or Balham would be amazing, but I’m open to other areas as well.
I’m hoping to live with a maximum of 3 people in an LGBT-friendly, social household. I really value a balance — I’m respectful of everyone’s space and boundaries, but it would be great to hang out from time to time, whether that’s dinners, pub trips, or a coffee at the weekend.
Outside of work, I’m into fitness and the gym, and I enjoy catching up with friends and having a good balance of social time and downtime.
I’m very clean and respectful of shared spaces, so I’m ideally looking for like-minded flatmates.
I’m looking for something long-term (not short-term unless there’s potential to extend), and being close to shops, cafés and a gym would be a big plus.
