Hi, I’m Liam 👋.

I’m looking to buddy up or join a flat share with 1–2 like-minded people around Northern Quarter / Ancoats / near Piccadilly, aiming to move towards the end of May.

I work a 9–5 office job during the week and have a budget of up to £1k all in per month.

I’m easy-going and like to keep active - into football, golf, gym (give pretty much any sport a go 🤪), and won't say no to the occasional pub trip too.

I’m clean, respectful of shared space, and enjoy a good balance between socialising and having my own downtime. Ideally, I’m looking to live with people who want a similar setup, not a party house, but not completely quiet either.
