Professional seeking long-term room

Hi! I'm Beth. I've lived in London for just over two years now, and I'm looking for a long-term place to live (at least one year), ideally a house in south west London.

I'm a pupil (trainee) barrister, meaning I spend a lot of time working - but I love to have a cozy place to wind down in! I've been lucky to live with some wonderful people in my time in London, and I'm looking for a house that I can really think of as a home, rather than just a place to sleep and eat. I love watching a bit of TV in the evenings (the nerdier, the better - those that are willing to watch and rewatch Lord of the Rings with me are encouraged to message!), and I also read, occasionally knit, and (when I have time!) play video games.

I like to cook when I have time, and love going to the pub with mates (again, when I have the time...!). I've been lucky enough to live by the Thames for most of my time in London, and *love* a long walk along the river on a day with good weather.

Ideally, potential flatmates will align with much of the above, and be looking for someone to be friends with rather than someone to just fill a room. As mentioned above I do work long(er) hours, so I can't accommodate living with people who are still in their party era (sorry!). A quieter house that enjoys a pub trip on the odd evening would be a best fit for me.
