Double bed in a shared apartment

I am in need of an en-suite double-bed room in a furnished shared apartment or studio in Lewisham/Woolwich/Deptford and the surrounding areas. The closer to Royal Hill, the better and I do not WFH at the moment. My budget is flexible and I am happy to pay higher if the property is a good fit.

I would love a friendly, comfortable home with people (3 maximum) who appreciate a relaxed, considerate atmosphere. I'm a tidy, organized, respectful and easygoing flatmate. I would describe myself as quite chilled, tidy and considerate to live with. I like having a balance between socialising and personal space; always up for a chat or the occasional hangout, but i also appreciate downtime.
