Respectful professional looking for calm home

I’m an American professional, 46, and I’ve been spending a lot of time in London over the past three and a half years. I’m now looking for a room for around 2 months, ideally with the option to stay a bit longer if it’s a good fit.

I work remotely for a successful events company and often use co-working spaces, so I’m usually out during the day rather than home all the time. I’m tidy, considerate, easy to live with, and I like a home that feels calm, friendly and straightforward.
I’ve got community across London and I’m looking for a solid base with good people.

My ideal move-in date is around 18 April, and my budget is up to £800 pcm. I’d be happy living with kind, easygoing people, ideally 35+, though overall fit matters more than anything.

As a flatmate, I’m mature, communicative, respectful of space, and pretty low-drama. I value warmth, mutual respect, and a peaceful home environment.
