Looking for a friendly home

I’m looking to rent an ensuite room or, ideally, an annex within a friendly and relaxed home for me **and my dog** She’s house trained and a little cutie.

I’m a voice and confidence coach and **work online at home** for most of the time (hence the wide reach of places to live because I'm open and not tied to a certain location)
I'm 37, a non smoker, coffee drinker, not a party girl, love to relax after a long day of work and enjoy my own space. I love music and film, the outdoors, keeping fit, cooking, and baking. I’m also house trained. Bonus.

I don’t drive at the moment, so I’m, ideally, looking for somewhere that’s not too far to walk to the train station. But this isn’t a deal breaker because I'll finally be learning this year 😅.
