Housemate with decent furniture (LGBT)

Hi, Professional dancer for a company called Matthew Bourne's New Adventures. Looking for a new flat as I'm wanting to improve on the area I currently live in, so looking for a flat in a nice neighbourhood with walkable coffee shops, highstreet and parks.

I've lived in my current place in Tooting for 4 years and stayed this long as the landlord loved hoe well we kept the flat so kept the rent low for us. I've fully furnished my room and most of the rest of the flat. Also have the possibility of: 3 seater, 2 seater and armchair (high quality leather sofas) and, matching TV stand, coffee table, side tables and bookshelf (all solid oak) from my parents. I also have some decent graden furniture, plants and a nice TV to furnish with> all of this of course I can keep or get rid of depending on the flat.

I have my own car which is always handy. Gym most days of the week and spend most evenings either performing or at ballet and contemporary class. Spend the weekends generally out with friends or seeing shows.
