Quiet, Professional Tenant Seeking En-Suite Room

Hi, I’m a full-time professional who works from home, and I’m also studying part-time at university. I’m tidy, quiet, and easy-going — the kind of tenant you’d barely know was there.

I travel frequently to see friends, family, and my partner who lives abroad, so I’m looking for a reliable base to keep my things and stay at between trips rather than somewhere I’ll be around constantly. This means less wear on shared spaces and a low-key presence most of the time.

I’m open to living anywhere, as long as there are good transport links nearby.

Ideally looking for an en-suite room, budget of no more than £550/month. Move-in date flexible — ideally end of August/early September, but open to anything sooner or up to October for the right place.

I do have a hamster — if I move away from Southampton, he’ll stay with my family, but if I remain in Southampton, he’d live in my room with me and would be out of the property whenever I’m away.

I vape but don’t smoke cigarettes.

I’m respectful of shared spaces, keep to myself, and value a peaceful living environment.
