Young Professional looking for a flat

Hi there!
I am a young professional looking for a flat or a room in one, in either Belfast or Edinburgh.

Looking for: I am looking for either a single occupancy flat or a flatshare with 1-2 others, ideally professionals in a similar position to myself but students are fine so long as they are cool with helping pay rates/council tax. I don't really have any preferences on gender identity or that, but I ask that you must be LGBTQ+ friendly (as I am LGBTQ+) and trans inclusive otherwise it probably isn't going to work. Somebody who is chill, sociable (but not really looking for a party flat), clean and tidy would be ideal! I work entirely remotely so somewhere with good internet coverage and the ability to work from home is pretty vital.

About me: I'm LGBTQ+ friendly and Trans inclusive. I enjoy football (although my team stinks), visiting pubs and bars occasionally with friends, playing games and I enjoy a bit of TV. I also enjoy cooking but my skills are limited. I'm quite clean and tidy, and I tend to be quite quiet in the flat and keep myself to myself a lot (although I do enjoy hanging out and chatting with flatmates as and when).
