Professional Nature Lover & Food Enthusiast

I'm looking for a new place to live as my current house is being sold and my moving in date is around the 30th of June 2024.

[HIGHLIGHTS: my budget is including bills: the house features, housemates, proximity to work and commuting time would interchangeable factors of decision]

As an engineering professional, my work is flexible, with 1 or 2 days working from home and the remainder from the office in Chancery Lane. My aim is securing a place with a 40-minute commute to Chancery Lane tube station in central London. Bonus points if those 40-minute can be walking distance :)

- What I'm Seeking
I want to share a house/flat with people who share some of my values and interests. Communication, being considerate and clean are important for me.

- My Background
Originally from the Portuguese countryside, I've been in the UK for nearly six years. I have been living in my current house for nearly 4 years now.

- My Interests
My interests include connection with nature, entrepreneurship, and human development. I like to hit the gym 4 times a week, hike, batch cooking (omnivore), discuss philosophy and businesses, and help people in general. I like to bound around meals.

- What Matters to Me
What I'm seeking is a place I can wholeheartedly call home. And value the details such as the decor, natural light, house upkeep, and a comfortable environment. When sharing a home, communication among housemates and the collective ability to overcome challenges are essential.

I enjoy having friends over to share a meal including my housemates. Food is a care language for me.

I'm good at fixing things and enjoy DIY projects. So if the need arises, I'm more than happy to punctually address any repairs or maintenance around the house.
