F24 looking for double room (budget:£700)

Hi all,

My name is Natalie, I’m 24 and I’m a working professional looking to find a room in Croydon. My max budget is £700 including bills.

I do come with a tiny black cat called Wilson. I have provided photos🫶🏻 he is very much a “velcro cat” so he would be happy to stay in my room 99% of the time. He is super sweet and gentle and always up for cuddles if you’re a cat lover!

My current lease ends at the end of January however I am prepared to move in as early as the 1st
