Easy-Going Professional with Two Lovely Cats

Summary:
Easy-going, tidy, and friendly professional working in finance, relocating from Boston (US) to London in November/December. Open to renting either a room in an existing flatshare or finding a new place together with another like-minded person. I’m looking for a comfortable home with space for a small work setup (either in a large double room, a separate office, or the communal area). An ensuite or private bathroom with a tub is a must.

About Me:
I’m an extroverted introvert — friendly, considerate, and independent. I value both connection and quiet time. I love good conversation over a glass of wine, exploring new restaurants, or watching a great show together, but I’m not into late nights or wild parties. I’m an early riser and like to keep my space calm and welcoming.

My interests are varied — work and career, philosophy, spirituality, and generally anything someone is passionate about. I’m an avid reader with a diverse library, and while I love food and experimenting with new dishes, I’ll admit I’m still better at eating than cooking (for now!). I’m happy for occasional dinners with friends at home, and completely supportive of you doing the same.

About My Cats:
I come with two well-behaved and affectionate cats:
Harley – a gentle grey lap cat who loves cuddles and food in equal measure.
Gigi – a long-haired black beauty, independent and far too clever for her own good.

They’d do best as the only pets, though one easy-going male cat could work.

About the Space:
I work from home one day a week plus weekends, so I’ll need a small area for my dual-monitor setup. I usually work between 8am and 5pm. I’d love to find a housemate who is friendly, respectful, and value a calm, tidy home — someone who enjoys both shared moments and their own space.
