Professional Female Seeking Flatshare w/ WFH Space

Summary: Easy-going, clean, extroverted introvert working in finance with 2 lovely cats seeking a flat share or full flat. Open to renting alone or with 1 to 2 people in which there is room to set up a work space, either within a large double bedroom, a separate office, or out in the communal area. Happy to accept either a room or looking for a new place together to rent that suits everyone's needs. An ensuite or separate bathroom with tub is required. Currently live in Boston, US but relocating to London for work in November.

About me: I'm an amicable and open-minded person that enjoys alone time and respects the privacy of others, but also enjoys sharing a glass of wine, watching a great TV show together, or going out for a bite. My interests are quite varied: work and career, philosophy, spirituality, and anything you find yourself passionate about to name a few. I am an avid reader with a varied library of works. I love food and trying out new dishes or recipes, though I'm far more adept at the consuming side of things than the creation side (something I'm working on!). I'm not looking for wild parties or late nights as I'm an early riser. I may have friends over for dinner occasionally and support you to do the same but would generally go out rather than stay in.

About my cats: Harley, the beautiful grey, is a sweet-mannered lap cat that loves nothing more than snuggling and cuddling, besides her passion for food. Gigi, the long-haired black, is fiercely independent and far too intelligent for her own good. They would do best in a home where they are the only pets, but one other male cat could work.

About the space: I work from home 1 day per week plus weekends so it is important to find a place where I have space for my dual monitor setup. I have no preference if this space is private or in the communal area. I typically work between 7 and 5. Would love to find someone that wants to rent together and can vibe well with.
