Looking for accommodation in London

Hi,

I’m a 29-year-old working professional who has been living in London for the past 3.5 years. My current flatmate is moving in with his partner, so I’m now looking for a new flat / flatmate arrangement starting mid-September.

My office is in the City, so I’m ideally looking for a place that is reasonably well connected and affordable.

A little about me — I’m easy going, clean, hygienic, and respectful of shared spaces, and I appreciate the same from others. I’m fairly social and would love to occasionally hang out or explore the city together, while also fully respecting personal space and boundaries.

A few things you can expect from me:

* Down to earth and respectful
* Friendly and easy to get along with
* Prefer a peaceful environment where working from home is possible if needed
* Not too fussy about rules, but happy to follow any house expectations
* I don’t smoke and I’m not heavily into drinking either, though I don’t have strong preferences regarding flatmates
