* 🚬 Smoking permitted
* 📍 Preferred areas: Croydon, Purley, Sutton, Bromley and Lewisham (happy to consider other parts of South East London too)
* 💷 Budget: Ideally £2500 - £2700 up to £3,000 pcm if bills inckuded

About us:

* Three responsible adult tenants
* Combined monthly income of £11,000+
* Two of us are in full-time employment
* Happy to provide references
* Willing to use a guarantor or guarantor scheme if required
