🏡 Looking for a pet friendly home in South London

Hi! We’re looking for a new home in South London.

Our first preference is Croydon, but we’re also open to Bromley, Norwood and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for:

- A 2–3 bedroom property (ideally a 3-bed)
- Garden access or outdoor space preferred
- A pet-friendly home (we have a well-behaved red-nosed mastiff who is an emotional support dog and would benefit from having outdoor space)
- Space for a small fish tank 🐟

Our budget is:

- Up to around £2000 pcm including bills or
- Approximately £1,400–£1,600 pcm excluding bills

We’re hoping to move by 20 August, although we could potentially move from the end of July onwards.

A little about us: I am a working professional employed as a Specialist IDVA, and my partner is currently receiving DSS/PIP. We are both responsible, respectful tenants looking for somewhere we can make a comfortable home.

We understand that some landlords may have concerns regarding pets or benefits, so we are happy to use a rent guarantor scheme at our own expense to provide additional reassurance.

We would love to hear from landlords or agents with a suitable property available and would be happy to arrange a viewing (including virtually if needed).
