Looking for a studio/2-bedroom, mature and clean

Hello! My name’s Carmen (31) and I work in film business sector. With my current lease coming to an end on 10th Jan 2026, I’m looking to go flat hunting with a likeminded and mature person.

Ideally we’d be going for a somewhat new/refurbished flat in zone 2 of north london within a 10min walk to the nearest tube station. Priority goes to Holloway, Caledonian Road, Tufnell Park, Finsbury Park, Arsenal, Stroud Green, Highgate. I work from home twice a week, and consider myself very clean (e. g. I am often the one who wipes down the entire kitchen counter top, stovetop, and sometimes even the sink after I’ve cooked, and do a big clean once a week etc.)

I live a semi-busy life, usually not back from work until past 7pm on days I’m in the office but usually love a chat with my flatmates, other times you’d likely see me going to play squash, hanging out with friends, going to restaurants. I love cooking a lot and am into sourdough baking, I’m keen to keep the place homey, clean and cosy.
