I’m Odysseas, 24, and I work as a music librarian at the BBC (in the office 4 days a week). I also freelance as a composer, arranger, and music copyist.

I’m looking for a peaceful, relaxed home where I can focus on my creative work. I’m tidy, respectful, and easy-going - not a particularly party person, but I enjoy good conversation and positive vibes with a flatmate.

What I’m looking for:
• A room or studio with space for a proper desk/workstation, or access to a separate office/study area
• One friendly, reasonable flatmate who respects boundaries and shared spaces (ideally a likeminded creative)
• Bills included preferred
• Budget: £950-1,200/month
• Locations: West/Central/North West
West London (anywhere with reasonable commute to White City/Wood Lane)
• Available from mid-December or January

A bit more about me:

I’m Greek, love exploring London by bike, enjoy cultural stuff, concerts, blues/rock, do love pets especially cats!(I don’t have one unfortunately) I work regular hours during the week and very occasionally might bring a friend over, but I’m generally quiet and focused on my own stuff and I like having my own space and time in the house and not be trapped in a room all the time. I love a house with old fashioned or Victorian style!
