Hi all,
My name is Joel, and I'm a 26-year-old PhD student looking for a fellow postgrad or mature student (22+) to team up with for a househunt in central or south Manchester. Ideally somewhere within a 30-minute walk or cycle of the University of Manchester, with a budget of around £800 per month all-in.
In terms of what I'd bring to the flat, I'm tidy, friendly, and genuinely respectful of shared space. I tend to keep fairly late hours, work from home about once a week, and generally prefer a quieter setup day-to-day, though I'm absolutely up for socialising, cooking together, or the occasional house party.
On the cooking front, I make an excellent beef stew among other things, so you won't go hungry if we end up housemates. Beyond the kitchen, I'm into hiking, tennis, reading, sketching, and the pub, so if any of that sounds like your kind of weekend, even better.
