Professional Female Looking for Double Room

Hi everyone,

My name is Beatrice, I'm 30 years old and work in insurance in the City. I'm currently looking for a double room from November onwards and hoping to find a place that feels like a home!

My budget is around £900 per month, preferably with bills included or mostly included.

Area: zone 1-2 or 3 if well connected to the centre

A little bit about me: I'm friendly, easy-going and respectful of shared spaces. I split my time between the office, travelling, gym, yoga, exploring London, trying new restaurants, and the occasional cosy night in watching a good movie.

I regularly visit my family in Italy and occasionally travel for work, so I'm often out and about. That said, I really value having a calm and comfortable home to come back to.

I'm looking to share with one or two other female professionals who enjoy a friendly atmosphere while also respecting each other's space and independence. If there are three of us in total, I'd ideally love a flat with two bathrooms.

I'm a very tidy and considerate housemate. I always clean up after myself and like to leave shared spaces as I found them. One of my habits is making sure the kitchen is clean and reset before I go to bed so the next person can enjoy a tidy space when they come to cook. I think those little things make sharing a home much more enjoyable for everyone.

Most importantly, I'm looking for a relaxed, friendly environment rather than a party house, somewhere where everyone feels comfortable and at home.
