I am looking for a room in or around South or South East London, preferably New Cross, Peckham, Greenwich, Lewisham, Deptford, Camberwell.

A little bit about myself:

I am a researcher and visual artist from New York. I will be pursuing an MA program in London this fall.

I am tidy, respectful, into communal living and also not much of a night owl!

My max budget is 800 pounds plus bills. pls let me know about any places available. also open to looking at what may be -very- slightly above my budget.
