Looking for LGBTQI+ room in E3/Bow area

Hey! I currently live in Bow and looking to find my new home around the same area
I’m 40, originally from north east Lincolnshire, gay and single. I work in the civil service and attend the office 2 days a week. I like to keep my myself busy and do enjoy going out but not one to bring the party home. I’m very easy going, I value friendship, joy, honesty and kindness. I love pop music, going to concerts when I can and just general ‘love of huns’ content/culture. I’d like to live with a fellow LGBTQI+ housemate. I am a member of a dance group (not professional!) and I go to class pretty much every Saturday during the day. I spend time with friends as often as i can. Weekday evenings are a mix of seeing friends and hanging at home or going to the gym. So would love to live with someone who also likes to hangout and watch tv together and have a gossip (and even go out to the pub together when we’re free). I love going on walks too so can be out and about for a bit each day. I eat meat, I don’t smoke but do vape outdoors. I used to have a dog who I can still see from time to time so would like somewhere that a Frenchie can stay for a few days a couple of times a year, but not essential. I’d like to find somewhere to rent long term rather than a short let. It’d be great to find somewhere where bills are included as part of the rent so it’s the same amount each month.
