Young professional looking for a friendly house

Hiya!
I’m 26, have lived in Newquay for 10 years and am from the south coast originally. Ive recently got back from travelling and have started a new job on the outskirts of newquay so am looking to move in from April.

I’m looking for a double room. Ideally with an ensuit but this is not essential.

I’m quite a sociable person and want the people or person I live with to be up for a chat in the kitchen! As much as I enjoy spending time with the people I live with, I value my own space and respect others too. I love to cook so like to have foodie nights in. But also enjoy a good pub night out / festivals too! When I’m not working you’ll usually find me at the beach.
