Professional female with pet dog needing new home

Hi, I’m Joanne & I'm looking to rent a house/flat alone (with my neutered, house-trained 10yr old dog) as we’ve lived with a lovely couple for nearly 3 years & they’ve made us very welcome but they now have new plans for their home.

I'm a social worker & have an agile working pattern where I can work both in the office & can work from home. I also need to go on work visits during the working week (currently Monday-Friday).

I have a house-trained 10yr old neutered Border Terrier dog who's extremely friendly with humans & other dogs (but he's scared of cats at times). We need to live somewhere that is pet friendly/tolerant & that has a private outside area that he can go out in.

When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with family & friends & I go out daily to take my dog out.
