Room Wanted For 1 to 3Months.

I am a retired Mortgage and Financial advisor who works from home looking after my and my familys investments. Your rent on time every time is assured as I prefer to pay by bank transfer. I don't smoke, am a vegetarian and 72 years of age and therefore like a quiet atmosphere with out parties and noisy get togethers. Nobody will visit me as I do not have any friendsororrelativesin the Midlands.
Please let me know if you would like to rent your room to me. Would suit a landlord looking to rent a vacant room while looking for a more permanent tenant. Thanks for reading.
