Looking for a room in London! 25yo profesional

Hi!
I’m Gruff, a 25-year-old (turning 26 in March) professional currently looking for a long-term room in the Putney or Earlsfield area.
I work full-time as an English teacher at a secondary school in Putney. Because my job is quite high-energy and demanding during the day, I’m looking for a home that serves as a calm, tidy sanctuary. I’m a firm believer in the "clean-as-you-go" philosophy and am very respectful of shared living spaces—you’ll never have to chase me to do the washing up!

I’m a UCL History grad with a passion for literature and art. While I love a quiet evening with a book, I’m certainly not a hermit. I’m a keen runner (currently training for the Battersea Park 10k with an eye on a half-marathon) and always enjoy a Saturday afternoon trip to the pub or a wander through a museum.
I’m looking for a house-share that is social and friendly but understands the need for downtime during the work week.

What I’m looking for:
• Locations: Putney, Earlsfield, or Southfields.
• Move-in date: May (I'm flexible for the right spot and can move before or after that date).
• Budget: Up to £1100 pcm.
• Duration: Long-term

• I am in permanent, full-time employment.
