28 y/o female looking for a flat in east London

Hi I’m Amelia,

I’m a 28 year old professional working in manchester, I will be re locating with my job beginning of Feb.
I work as a product developer for a streetwear brand and I will be working 8:30-5:30pm Monday to Friday in the office in central London, and never work from home.

I’m originally from Manchester, but I did study at Kingston school of art in London, and have plenty of friends in London!

I am looking for somewhere which feels like home, I like a homely space, with flat mates I can chat and be friendly with, not feel like ships in the night

I’m clean and considerate and looking to make a flat feel like home.

I am really outgoing and like to be out a lot, I do a lot of exercise and I’m really into running. I’m currently training for a triathlon in April, and half marathon in May !

I do also like going out, going to gigs and a glass of wine ( balance ) However I like my home to quiet and peaceful and do not want my flat to be the after party.

I have lived in 3/ 4 bed flats for the past 6 years, so I know the balance of being friends with flat mates, but also giving eachother space!!

I also love to bake as a form of relaxing, so always baking for my flat mates !!
