Looking for a quiet place to stay

Hi, I’m a 22 year old female, a recent graduate, looking for a private room or a house share in a tidy, quiet, and safe environment. I’m responsible, non smoker, and keep my space clean.

What I’m looking for:

- Single/private room preferred, ideally with space for a small desk or laptop (desk space optional in shared rooms)
- All bills included or clearly stated
- House share is fine as long as its all females. I’m comfortable sharing a kitchen/bathroom with considerate housemates
- Flexible dates: ideally 2–3 months, but open to longer-term if suitable
- Within ~5 miles of Manchester city centre
