Looking for a peaceful studio flat / en-suite

I am a non-smoking, beauty&wellness industry professional, working out of home.
Looking for a peaceful, en-suite/studio room in a safe neighbourhood, ideally near the park or river.

Originally from Lithuania, for the past 8 years have been living in London; before that in Spain ( Gran Canaria, Madrid) and Greece ( Xylokastro, Rhodes island).
Open to make friends and live with people from different cultural backgrounds. I can also speak Spanish, Russian, Lithuanian, some Greek and German.

Non-smoking, do not have pets, no electric scooters or any other bulky items; vegan, very clean, friendly, simple and considerate person. Love practicing yoga, spending loads of time in nature, dancing salsa and travelling.

I have my own busy life, yet happy to share occasional meals and activities.

Deal breakers:

🚫 flatmates staying up till very late hours / making noise at night.
