Looking for room or buddy up

I’m a full-time professional looking for a double room or a buddy up in Manchester city centre or nearby areas. Ideally I’m after somewhere modern and fairly central but if not I don’t mind, need parking it is a must for me.

I’m friendly, relaxed, and very easy to live with. I don’t go out much during the week, but I would enjoy cooking meals together and the odd drink or coffee out. Most evenings I come home and stay in and just chill but I really need to start the gym so someone who also would want a gym buddy would be great

I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy, want a laid-back, easygoing atmosphere. I’m looking to live with someone who’s chilled, considerate, and doesn’t mind doing things together or separately. Rather be pals with someone rather than just co-habitating together.
