My name is Irina and I'm a professional working in the healthcare field that loves cats, but unfortunately doesn't have one. 😊
I consider myself tidy and clean, easy going and respectful of others and my surroundings, and I'm after a double room in either a well-ordered flat or a shared house that is not occupied by more than three tenants. Also, it has to have a shared living room, and not the landlord living in it.
Not considering a property above any commercial stores, noisy surroundings, etc, and, if possible, would prefer a location in the proximity of a tube/train station.
Please, if your room is not ticking the boxes, there is no point to bother and lose each other's time by sending over irrelevant offers. Thanks a lot for understanding.
