Looking for a Room to Rent- September

HI!
I'm a 27 year old female who's looking for a room to rent.
I will be returning to my recruitment job in Edinburgh Park. The office has moved from Rosyth to Edinburgh so looking for something a bit closer as I was commuting from Stirling. I've just spent the summer working in America at a summer camp.

My job starts 29th September but I have a flexi start. However, I'd prefer to move at the start/mid September at the earliest.
I'm hoping for somewhere to rent that has connections to Edinburgh Park.

I'll be working Monday-Friday 10-6pm. During the weekends, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, exploring Scotland and a sweet treat from a cafe/bakery.

I'm pretty easy going and laidback. I enjoy baking, being by the beach and binging a good Netflix show. I've also recently got into the gym and been loving F45 classes.

I'm hoping to budget around £700/850 per month including bills but also open to going over.
I would prefer a more chilled household, that maybe would enjoy evenings chit chatting/watching a series. I'd also be down for grabbing a coffee on a weekend too.
