Fab friendly and tidy 27y/o girly

I am looking for a spacious double room in or around Balham. Preferred move in date would be around end of Dec 25 or Jan 2026 in the new year but I can be flexible for the right place as I’m on a rolling contract with my current place. I would like to share with either females or mixed, ideally mid to late 20s. I come from a social 9 bed house I get on really well with my current housemates we do activities together such as pub quiz, tennis, house dinners and even holidays (as seen in pics). Some of them are moving away or going travelling, hence my decision to leave but I will miss them very much. I also have friends I have known since uni in London, they’re a great bubbly, bunch easy to get on with. I like a friendly/social environment but also like to have chilled nights in and wholesome days out. I have a car, great for big food shops or road trips, would need parking or ability to a get parking permit for this. I work in civil service my office is in south London and I work from home about 2 days a week. I’m really set on Balham because it’s south west, has an overground and underground and just is a lovely area. If you have a room in or around that area please pop me a message.
