Hello!
Together with my friend, we are looking for a flatshare ideally for July 2025. We would like 2 double rooms with some space (not expecting it to be massive), and ideally a two bedroom flat or four bedroom max. TO BE CLEAR if one room gets taken (in e. g. a two bed flat) please let us know as we aren't interested in renting separately - we want two rooms!
We'd like bills included and minimum 1 year tenancy, though re: bills, this can be discussed within reason. The rent amount of £800 per month is what's in our budget (per room). Ideally, we'd like to stay anywhere for a year and then renew that, if things go well. I'm looking for places in South West or South East London (it would be nice if there is a green space nearby if possible), with good transport links. Overall I seek a flat or house share that's peaceful, respectful and friendly.
We would be looking to move in as soon as possible, ideally at the end of July or beginning of August.
