Looking for a flat

Hello!
I would like to move in for the beginning of April or May 2025. I am looking for a double room with some space (not expecting it to be massive), as I have my own furniture, some of which I'd like to keep (room can be un/furnished, either way). I'd like bills included and minimum 1 year tenancy, though re: bills, this can be discussed within reason. The rent amount of £800 per month is what's in my budget (possibly not including utilities). Ideally, I'd like to stay anywhere for a year and then renew that, if things go well. I'm looking for places in West or South East London (it would be nice if there is a green space nearby if possible), with good transport links. Overall I seek a flat or house share that's peaceful, respectful and friendly.

I'm working towards a full qualification in law and I'm WFH/hybrid working - forms and typing, so noise won't be an issue.

Me as a flatmate & temperament:
I'm quiet but pretty friendly and can be a bit chatty sometimes. However, if people want their privacy or space I respect that. Otherwise I will mostly relax in my room, when I'm not going somewhere to meet friends or family. If I rent with you, and you see me in the living room having tea, I'll probably be reading a book! I'm happy to chat or relax in the space quietly if I'm in the living room/shared space. I try to be considerate: tidy, clean and aware of noise at night (so after 10/11pm I'll use headphones or lower the volume for films for e. g.).

A bit about me: I have a bunch of interests - I ran out of options for the list! Generally I'm interested in reading, writing, art and learning, with a particular interest in history and the environment, and I enjoy going to museums and art exhibitions. I also like films :). I'm a vegetarian, I don't smoke or drink (except tea and coffee) - but I respect that folks have their own preferences & are different with these things.
